Children’s Group Therapy – “Grow & Glow Kids Club” (Ages 6-11)

At First Choice Counseling, our “Grow & Glow Kids Club” Children’s Group Therapy Program provides a fun, supportive, and interactive environment where children can build important emotional and social skills while connecting with peers in a positive setting.

Designed for children ages 6-11, this educational and therapeutic group focuses on helping children improve:

• Emotional regulation skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Social skills development
• Team building and cooperation
• Self-confidence and self-esteem
• Healthy decision-making
• Resilience and coping skills
• Goal setting and positive behavior choices

Through engaging activities, guided discussions, and age-appropriate therapeutic interventions, children learn how to better express emotions, manage frustration, communicate effectively, and build healthy relationships with others.

Our group therapy program encourages children to develop confidence, strengthen peer interactions, and practice positive coping strategies in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. We use a supportive, strengths-based approach that promotes emotional growth, healthy social development, and lasting life skills.
